How to take Diazepam?

  • Muscle Spasm in children: Usually twice a day, with ten to twelve 12 hours between each dose. Ask your doctor for more details. 
  • Muscle Spasms in adults: 2 mg to 15 mg a day. Once or twice a day and go up to 5 mg three times a day. The dose can be raised to 20 mg three times a day.

What to avoid while taking Diazepam?
